Booking is simple:

1. Go to the event page and click "Book Now"
2. Choose between tickets or VIP table
3. Complete M-Pesa payment using the provided Lipa Number
4. Submit your details with the M-Pesa Transaction ID
5. You'll receive a confirmation email with your QR code

We currently accept M-Pesa payments only. Use the Lipa na M-Pesa option and enter the business number provided during booking.

Refunds are available up to 48 hours before the event. Contact us via WhatsApp with your booking ID to request a refund. Refunds may take 3-5 business days to process.

After your booking is verified (usually within 48 hours), you'll receive a confirmation email with your QR code. Make sure to provide a valid email address during booking. If you don't receive it, check your spam folder or contact us via WhatsApp.

You can check your booking status on the My Bookings page using your email address. You'll also receive email updates when your booking is confirmed.

Doors typically open at 8:00 PM. We recommend arriving by 8:30 PM to secure your spot and enjoy the full experience. VIP table holders should arrive by 11 PM to secure their table.

Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable! If you want to follow the theme, that's great, but there's no strict dress code.

At the door, present your QR code (on your phone or printed). Our staff will scan it to verify your booking. Make sure your phone brightness is turned up if showing on screen. After verification, you'll receive a wristband for entry.

Limited parking is available at the venue. We strongly recommend using ride-sharing services (Uber, Bolt) or public transport for convenience. See our Venue Information page for detailed directions and parking options.

All BYZ events are 18+. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who cannot provide valid identification if requested.

VIP table packages include:

• Reserved table: Your own dedicated space
• Premium drinks: Cognac VS, mixers, and chasers (varies by tier)
• Shisha: Included in all packages
• Group capacity: 10-20 people depending on tier
• Priority service: Dedicated staff attention

VIP table capacity varies by tier:

• Umlando (700K): Up to 10 people
• Yebo (1.2M): Up to 15 people
• Adiwele (1.8M): Up to 20 people

Yes! Contact us via WhatsApp after booking to discuss special requests like table location preferences or celebration arrangements. We'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

VIP table availability is shown in real-time on the booking page. Each tier displays how many tables are left. Tables are limited (4 per tier), so book early to secure your spot.

APT sessions are exclusive, invite-only events. These are intimate gatherings at private venues with a curated crowd, premium experience, and unique atmosphere. Access is by invitation only.

Submit an invite request through our APT Request page. We review all requests and will contact you via WhatsApp or Instagram if a slot becomes available. Priority is given to returning BYZ attendees.

Approval timing varies based on availability. We typically review requests within 1-2 weeks. If approved, you'll receive a WhatsApp message with details. If no slots are available, you'll be added to our waitlist and notified when space opens up.

APT sessions are held at private, intimate venues in Dar es Salaam. The exact location is shared only with confirmed invitees via WhatsApp or email for security and exclusivity reasons.
